1. Tại hội trường Ba Đình, Hà Nội:

Quốc hội thảo luận dự án Luật về các vùng biển Việt Nam.
Trong ngày làm việc đã có 30 lượt đại biểu Quốc hội của 20 tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương phát biểu. Các ý kiến thảo luận đã tập trung vào những nội dung cơ bản mà chủ tọa phiên họp gợi ý.
2. Tại hội trường D1, 37 Hùng Vương, Hà Nội:

Quốc hội thảo luận dự án Luật chất lượng sản phẩm, hàng hoá.
Trong ngày làm việc đã có 27 vị đại biểu Quốc hội của 24 tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương phát biểu. Các ý kiến thảo luận tập trung vào những nội dung sau:
- Sự cần thiết ban hành luật;
- Tên gọi và phạm vi điều chỉnh của Luật;
- Về phân nhóm sản phẩm, hàng hoá;
- Nguyên tắc quản lý và áp dụng phương thức quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm, hàng hoá;
- Về tên gọi sản phẩm hàng hoá để quản lý chất lượng;
- Phân cấp trách nhiệm quản lý của nhà nước ở địa phương;
- Về quản lý chất lượng hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu;
- Về dịch vụ đo lường, thử nghiệm, giám định, đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm, hàng hoá của các tổ chức, cá nhân ngoài nhà nước;
- Về cơ quan kiểm tra chất lượng hàng hoá;
- Nguyên tắc và trách nhiệm bồi thường thiệt hại về chất lượng;
- Thanh tra, xử lý vi phạm, giải quyết khiếu nại, tố cáo về chất lượng sản phẩm, hàng hoá;
- Chính sách của Nhà nước về nâng cao chất lượng và khả năng cạnh tranh của sản phẩm, hàng hóa;
- Về phân công trách nhiệm quản lý nhà nước và bộ máy cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về chất lượng sản phẩm, hàng hoá…
